Marvellous setting, really helpful and respectful staff.
Convenient base for a 1-night stay. Reasonably spacious and neat rooms in this nice basic hotel. Location next to the mall, restaurants, ect, semi and Atlanta. Also, close to everything. The property of choice in Duluth.

Solo traveler, a tough experience
The location is all about convenience, everything within walking distance. Hotel offered a decent breakfast that filled me up before a long day ahead.
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the circumstances, it was tolerable.

We stayed one night and really loved having coffee in the lobby and the extra blanket they provided. The pool and snack machine were perfect for unwinding after a long drive. The carpets could use a good cleaning, but overall, we had a pleasant experience 😊

The friendly and accommodating staff. Their willingness to help with a smile and quick responses were amazing. The lack of breakfast options and the poor view from my room were disappointing. With just one window and minimal visibility, it didn't provide a cozy feel. Although the location is convenient, being able to walk to nearby attractions, I was still hoping for a more enjoyable view.

Comfortable room, attentive service, with a tv for entertainment and free parking, makes for a pleasant stay when exploring the city.
There was no breakfast.

The manager was super nice and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were really sweet. The room was comfy with two queen beds, a tv, fridge, microwave, and a private bathroom. The fitness center was a nice bonus too. No breakfast was available, but it was a cozy spot!
